Spencer and Ashley are Niagara based real estate investors with a shared love of travel, fitness, and dogs. They started investing in 2018 and have since expanded their portfolio to 13 units with a mix of short-term and long-term rentals.
Their love of creating memorable guest experiences and hosting other travelers led them to co-found Travelluxe Inc. in 2019 with their good friends, Kevin and Paul. They oversee the day to day property management operations for Travelluxe and are dedicated to helping hosts make the most of their investments. Spencer and Ashley's love for travel has brought them all around the world where they are able to mix work and pleasure by creating systems that allow them to be location independent. When not travelling, you can find them at home with their two fur-babies, Tucker and Stella. |

Paul is a key driving force behind the strategic direction, financial management, and digital marketing initiatives at Travelluxe. His entrepreneurial mindset, innovative thinking, and creativity play a pivotal role in fostering the company’s growth and success.
With over 20 years of experience in Internet Marketing and Engineering Technology, Paul has built and led several successful ventures. His expertise in web design, paid advertising, search engine optimization (SEO) and lead generation has been integral to the development and expansion of Travelluxe. By closely collaborating with our business development and technology teams, he empowers them to achieve excellence across all functions. Additionally, Paul oversees the management of corporate investment portfolios, including stocks, real estate, cryptocurrencies, and more, applying his strategic insights to maximize growth and returns. Outside of his professional endeavors, Paul enjoys spending quality time with his family, gaming with friends, traveling, and participating in various sports, such as snowboarding, baseball, basketball, golf, and volleyball. |
